You’ll join our Revenue Operations team reporting to our Head of Sales Operations. As a Principal Sales Operations Manager, you will help implement strategy, processes, policies, and solutions that boost sales efficiency. This role will be responsible for supporting day to day operations for the Sales teams. You’ll partner cross-functionally to support business priorities and act as a resource to accelerate rapid revenue-growth and retention, increase market share and meet strategic objectives by scaling the selling process to minimize friction and maximize efficiency.

The impact you’ll make: 

  • Lead cross-functional sales operations initiatives from ideation & scoping to delivery and change management across global teams with a focus to increase sales efficiency.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to sales management by providing actionable insights and sales performance analytics, to improve decision-making and attainment of revenue goals.
  • Serve as an Admin for the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, Apollo.io, etc.), ensuring optimal integration, scalability, and usability for the sales organization.
  • Manage and optimize lead routing, territory planning, and account assignments, ensuring fair distribution and alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Drive automation and efficiency across sales operations, reducing manual work and enhancing scalability as the business grows.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud required) with experience optimizing workflows, automations, and reporting; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, driving change management, and collaborating with senior sales and marketing leadership.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, Apollo.io, Google Sheets/Excel) and experience implementing or managing integrations.
  • Experience optimizing sales processes at scale, including pipeline management.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align multiple stakeholders across business functions.
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, automation, and leveraging data to drive sales efficiency.

Additional Information:

Minimum salary of $123,091 to maximum salary of $182,398 + equity + benefits.

The range provided is NextRoll’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
