Our Internship Program Offers the Following and More:
- Gain firsthand experience in client service by sitting in on internal prep meetings, observing live client interactions, and applying what you've learned in a mock client presentation designed to simulate a real-world advisory scenario.
- Collaborate with other interns across the country to deliver two final presentations, exploring the history of wealth management and showcasing the summer’s learnings.
- Opportunity to work on special projects to learn and get exposure to different areas of the business (such as impact, investments, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more.)
- Build your network by connecting with team members across the firm. Learn about their roles, career paths, and experiences at Brighton Jones to broaden your understanding of the industry and explore future possibilities.
- Join departmental overviews to understand how each area of business collaborates with each other to fuel our business’s growth.
- Bond with team members through exciting team outings and various committee events.
- Get involved with various community service volunteer events with your team and entire firm, embracing our value of community.
- Engage in career development programming designed to help you build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation.
- Interns who perform well may have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer to return as an Associate Advisor following graduation.
Program Details:
- Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by December 1st, 2025.
- Rising seniors are preferred.
- Program dates are June 15th – August 13th, 2026.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, up to 40 hours a week, in the office.
- This is a temporary, non-exempt/hourly position.

Compensation:
- Pay: $20.00 per hour with potential for college credits, if applicable.
