Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join the Castings Contracts & Sourcing team located in Everett, WA.
The Castings Contracts & Sourcing team is seeking an associate Contracts Procurement Agent to join our team. Primary duties include: managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, negotiating cost recoveries, terms and conditions, assertions and contract extensions. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:

• Develops procurement and supply chain solutions and contracting strategies for the Castings team in the Aircraft, Materials and Structures (AM&S) organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications.
• Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization.
• Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3-5 years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing
• 3-5 years of experience negotiating & executing contracts
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite of software tools (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Summary Pay Range:
Level 3 - $94,000- $128,000
