Job Description
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level Supply Chain Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our Boeing Raw Material Strategy (BRMS) Operations - Aggregation Programs Team in our Kent, Washington site.
The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:
Supports strategic initiatives and negotiations Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance. Provides project management support for new and ongoing projects. Provides operational support to Boeing's supply chain partners, internal and external. Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders including contracts, finance and strategy
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience Level 2):
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
  • 1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience Level 3):
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years or experience working in a manufacturing, assembly and/or aerospace environment
  • 3+ years of experience working in cross functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Salary Pay Summary:
Level 2: $80,170 - $101,000
Level 3: $94,000 - $128,000
