What You’ll Do:

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Procurement to support the Procurement team and work cross functionally with FP&A teams.  This position will play a critical role in managing the procurement process for our software. Your expertise in negotiating prices, and building and leading a high-performing procurement team will be vital to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the procurement strategy for software in alignment with the company's growth objectives and financial targets.
  • Evaluate market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier diversification, and innovation.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with reliable and reputable suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to secure competitive prices and on-time delivery.
  • Streamline and enhance the procurement process, leveraging technology and automation to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with procurement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Work in ERP Systems for Procurement and Finance.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the procurement budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
  • 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, finance
  • Strong finance and budgeting background with the ability to analyze spend and financial data.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and Coupa Procurement Platform.
  • Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The base salary range for this role is $157,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
