monday.com is looking for a hands-on Procurement Specialist to own indirect procurement activities in the UK and support global needs. This is a requiring end-to-end ownership, strong execution skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing global tech company.

  1. 4–5 years of experience in indirect procurement
  2. Experience in technology procurement – an advantage
  3. Previous experience working in global companies – an advantage
  4. Strong Excel skills – must
  5. Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities end-to-end
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and structured
  7. Assertive, confident negotiator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
  8. Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior and junior stakeholders
  9. Hands-on, pragmatic, and willing to “roll up sleeves”
