This role teaches you to identify automation opportunities through real-world stakeholder interviews, translate those needs into technical requirements for IT teams, and manage a project lifecycle from start to finish.

As part of our company-wide AI initiative, you will be tasked with identifying an efficiency bottleneck within the procurement lifecycle. Using tools like Gemini or OpenCode, you will design and propose (or build!) an automated solution. Examples include:

Join our Procurement team for a comprehensive, 360-degree rotation across the entire procurement lifecycle. This isn't just a "support" role-you will be embedded in three core teams to understand how a global organization sources, secures, and manages its external partnerships.
The Rotation
- Sourcing: Learn how we identify vendors, conduct RFPs (Request for Proposals), and negotiate the best value for the business.
- Contracts: Work with the Contracts team to oversee the entire Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, including intake, contract review and negotiation, signatures, and archiving.
- Procurement Operations: Support the end to end Procure-to-Pay process, including requisition and PO creation, supplier onboarding, and invoice coordination. Learn how procurement policies and approval workflows are applied in systems like Zip, Coupa, and Oracle. Partner with cross functional teams to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation.

- Support category managers in research and market intelligence for active sourcing events.
- Assist in data cleansing and management within our Procurement systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Legal).
- Final Capstone: Deliver a professional presentation to executive leadership on your rotation findings and your AI project's impact.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A "systems thinker" who enjoys figuring out how things work.
- High technical aptitude-good understanding of AI, automation tools, and some coding.
