About the Position

Golden State is looking for a Producer to ideate content and develop stories for Chase Center, Thrive City and other Golden State properties. In this role, you will work on features for branded content, artist & fan experience stories and sponsorship videos for various social media platforms. To be successful, you will need a creative mind with a real passion for crafting immersive and compelling content. This position reports to the Director of Production.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce stories, ideas and activations around Chase Center and Thrive City events 
  • Script features/narratives and conduct interviews for social-first content specific to venue channels
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Corporate Sponsorships, and Community Relations) to help execute requests
  • Flexibility and understanding external party guidelines and approvals
  • Understanding of live event turnaround timelines and ability to edit quick turn videos when necessary
  • Brainstorm new concepts and content franchises within the Studio as well as Venue Marketing and Social teams for future potential revenue streams
  • Marketing and Social teams for future potential revenue streams
  • Partner with other departments (e.g., Social, Brand Marketing and Public Relations) to ensure well-integrated cross collaboration and programming
  • Collaborate with Videographers, Editors, Motion/Graphic Designers on custom requests to elevate the overall product
  • Work with Senior Producer to manage photography requests and delegate tasks to in-house & freelance photographers and videographers
  • Maintain a high level of quality expected from Golden State
  • Stay up to date on new video content techniques and trends within the industry
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, video/film production, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years in a professional production environment, preferably within the music and/or entertainment industry preferred
  • Passion for live event social content, digital industry trends, styles, platforms and techniques
  • Working knowledge of social first content, platforms, and how to best create content for each
  • Ability to independently handle production shoots and interview talent at live events or on set
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and Adobe Suite (i.e., Premiere and Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Asana, Wrike, etc.)
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment

Time Commitment

  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.

Compensation

  • $35.00 - $37.00 Per Hour + Bonus
