We’re looking for a highly driven Product Analyst to scale our Product, Design, and Engineering (EPD) teams. You’ll be the force behind the systems, tools, and processes that make it easier for teams to move faster, make smarter decisions, and stay closer to users. From handling special projects across our Product organization to supercharging user research to making product data and insights more actionable, you’ll improve product development across teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s technically sharp, operationally scrappy, and looking to grow their career in the direction of product management.

This is an ideal role for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves building scalable processes from the ground up. You will tackle immediate operational needs while laying the groundwork to delegate and scale these systems in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Build Internal Tooling: Implement new AI tools (low and no-code) to mine a rich and ever-growing repository of data to expose and track key themes, pain points, and feature requests for the product development organization

  • Drive Program Management & Improvements: Own the operational cadence of the EPD organization. You will continuously look for ways to streamline workflows, improve cross-team communication, and eliminate operational friction.

  • Drive Strategic Special Projects: Take hands-on ownership of critical internal and external projects, including supporting the operational rollouts of new lines of business.

  • Support Strategic Planning: Assist in structuring and executing our Quarterly EPD Planning cycles, building out a more mature planning process as the team scales.

How Success Is Measured

  • AI-driven internal tools are successfully deployed and adopted by the EPD team, leading to a quantifiable reduction in manual data mining and faster identification of core product themes.

  • EPD programs (meetings, planning cycles) run flawlessly, resulting in high team alignment and engagement.

  • Customer-facing programs, like beta testing and incident management, are clear, repeatable, and well-documented, driving exceptional product quality and scalability.

  • You consistently deliver tight, well-reasoned recommendations for strategic questions, expertly balancing analytical rigor with the voice of the customer.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, Tech, or Analytics)

  • AI Tooling & Automation: Proven experience in building and deploying low-code/no-code AI solutions (e.g., OpenAI APIs, custom GPTs, Zapier) to automate workflows and synthesize complex data.

  • Data Fluency: Expertise in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or BI tools.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: A track record of successfully partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive alignment and execute complex programs.

  • Scrappy & Adaptable: You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to handle day-to-day operations (like managing meeting agendas or onboarding docs) while keeping an eye on long-term scalability and delegation.

  • Process Engineering: You excel at taking messy, undefined processes (like incident management or beta testing) and building clean, scalable workflows around them.

  • User-Centric Focus: You understand the importance of user feedback and are passionate about building the operational pipes that connect user research to product execution.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working in Analytics roles.

  • Professional background or experience in legal domains.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
