We are seeking a hands-on Product Analytics Engagement Manager to own product performance analytics across customer acquisition and engagement journeys. The role will focus on recurring reporting, funnel and channel analytics, anomaly investigation, impact sizing, and ad-hoc business analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting across eligibility, impressions, applications, submissions and conversion.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end funnel and channel reporting across digital journeys.
  • Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-offs, friction points and performance trends.
  • Investigate anomalies and perform root-cause analysis across key product and channel metrics.
  • Quantify the impact of product bugs, system issues and data incidents.
  • Partner with Finance to validate forecasts, assumptions and performance variances.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dives for Product, Credit, Risk, Fraud and other stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards and measurement frameworks for product and funnel performance.
  • Translate findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, Funnel Analytics, Growth Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python, R or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of customer funnels, conversion metrics and digital journeys.
  • Experience with recurring reporting, dashboards and analytical pipelines.
  • Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with forecasting, variance analysis and impact assessment.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as HEAP, Google Analytics or similar is preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline; strong BA/BS candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
