Product and Content Marketing Manager

Location: Remote
Reports to: Sr. Director of Product Marketing

About the Role:

Grace Hill is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver compelling messaging and content that supports our platform-level value story and go-to-market strategy. This role will play a key part in Grace Hill’s next phase of growth, helping evolve how we position our value — moving beyond individual solutions to a more unified platform narrative centered on performance, insights, and continuous improvement.

You’ll own core messaging and content that connects our solutions, supports campaigns and launches, and enables teams to communicate value consistently across the market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and who is excited to help define how Grace Hill tells its story as we scale.

Responsibilities:

Positioning, Messaging & Full-Funnel Strategy

  • Own product and platform positioning that supports full-funnel marketing efforts, from awareness through adoption.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and persona-based narratives.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear customer outcomes and differentiated value.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, launches, website, and sales materials.
  • Evolve positioning based on product strategy, customer insights, and go-to-market priorities.

Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Product, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to bring messaging to market.
  • Support product launches with aligned positioning and supporting content.
  • Develop sales enablement materials that communicate product value and use cases.
  • Identify messaging gaps and create content to support pipeline progression and adoption.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams have consistent messaging and content resources.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute product-related content supporting demand generation, sales enablement, and adoption.
  • Create core assets including solution briefs, one-pagers, presentations, web copy, and campaign messaging.
  • Write and produce content for product launches, announcements, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Refresh and maintain product content to align with updated positioning and packaging.
  • Own content development end-to-end, from concept through delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or related role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills across multiple content formats.
  • Experience developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into clear business value.
  • Experience creating sales enablement and product marketing content.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with real estate, proptech, or learning & development tools is a bonus.

Location:  Remote.  Must be US-based
Salary range:  $95,000 -110,000 Base + Bonus
