The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our Products & Integrations team. In this role, you’ll work as a critical contributor to own the end-to-end experience of discovering, researching, purchasing, and completing additional diagnostics and treatments. You’ll report directly to the Head of Product Design and partner with our design, product management, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams to improve this experience and subsequent patient outcomes.


You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Excel at crafting bespoke marketing assets (product images, renderings, graphics, etc.)
  • Enjoy blending strategic thinking and tactical execution, getting into the nitty details around user flows, screens, and UI states.
  • Thinks broadly and explores multiple options before honing in on a final solution
  • Enjoys collaborating with cross-functional team members – Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers
  • Can create world-class progressive designs that balance innovation, usability, and accessibility
  • Takes pride in translating complex information into intuitive, elegant, and delightful interfaces
  • Have a personal interest in preventative health and longevity

Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Work strategically as a partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define and design the product experience within our patient portal/application.
  • Think big and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards your vision.
  • Work across the design process, from user flows and low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to explore and communicate ideas.
  • Create outstanding marketing  assets (custom images, iconography, etc.) that elevate the design of the page and connect with the intended audience.
  • Provide creative and art direction to external partners (photographers, videographers, etc.)
  • Advocate for design by sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally to senior stakeholders/leadership. Be able to articulate design decisions and goals.
  • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 4+ years of experience in consumer product design, working as part of a product team in an agile environment
  • A portfolio of outstanding design for consumer products, ecommerce, and marketing websites that showcase attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, visual design, and storytelling
  • Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Strong visual design craft
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation Range
$130,000 - $150,000 based on location and experience
