LeanData helps the world’s fastest-growing companies automate, simplify, and accelerate revenue.

We are looking for a Product Designer who can take complex product requirements and turn them into intuitive, customer-centric experiences. You’ll play a key role in designing thoughtful, elegant solutions that empower users and improve the overall customer journey.

This is a hands-on role for a designer eager to own end-to-end product design within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and fellow designers to shape the experience of our core platform — from user flows to pixel-perfect UI. Join a small, high-impact design team where your work will directly influence how revenue teams operate every day.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals and user needs into actionable design solutions.

  • Contribute to the vision and strategy for your product area, ensuring designs align with customer outcomes and company priorities.

  • Participate in user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses and improve design decisions.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility throughout the product development process.

Execution

  • Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate interaction and design intent.

  • Create and maintain visual assets, components, and design patterns aligned with LeanData’s brand and design system.

  • Deliver detailed specifications and interaction documentation for developers to ensure design quality and consistency.

  • Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and data insights to continuously refine the experience.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.

Collaboration and Influence

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.

  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

  • Participate in regular design critiques — offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate team output.

  • Help evolve the design system and collaborate with engineering to ensure consistent implementation across products.

Impact

  • Deliver designs that drive measurable impact on user satisfaction, adoption, and engagement.

  • Support and measure post-launch outcomes to identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.

  • Contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Shape experiences that help customers accelerate revenue and realize value from LeanData’s products.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications or SaaS products.

  • Proven ability to design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.

  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

  • Experience working within an established brand or design system.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-centered design.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing automation products (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).

  • Familiarity with Agile product development processes.

  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they influence design feasibility.

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, visual design, and interaction design skills.
