Own the product direction and launch of an agentic B2B SaaS product for go-to-market operations. Define agent behavior, build evaluation suites, analyze traces, diagnose failures, and design permissions, approvals, recovery paths, and audit trails. Collaborate closely with RevOps, marketing operations, design partners, engineering, and data-system stakeholders. This is a senior individual-contributor product role focused on taking an agentic product from concept through production, not platform development, people management, or model training.

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team by coordinating company priorities, OKRs, QBRs, executive meetings, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Develop business cases and transition plans, lead high-impact execution, support board preparation, and create organizational structure and operating cadence. The role requires strong judgment, communication, confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and project leadership.

Own and execute the partner integration and joint-value strategy across LeanData's product suite. Define partner use cases, shape integrations, negotiate agreements, drive cross-functional delivery, and measure adoption to grow the ecosystem and product adoption.

Lead and scale talent acquisition: build hiring strategy, forecast headcount, run end-to-end recruiting, mentor a TA team, modernize recruiting tech (including ATS and AI), track KPIs, and run high-impact searches as a player-coach.

Leads LeanData’s People function and talent strategy during growth and transformation. Partners with the CEO and executive team on organizational design, leadership development, culture, change management, hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation, engagement, retention, DEI, and employee experience. Builds scalable people programs, strengthens decision-making and accountability, improves talent and engagement metrics, and uses data and AI to support business outcomes.

Design, build, and ship production multi-agent LLM systems including orchestration, memory/retrieval, safe write-back to customer systems, evaluations and regression tests, adversarial hardening, LLM model-agnostic integration, and cost/latency/reliability ownership at enterprise scale.

Lead product design for LeanData, transforming revenue team experiences, setting design vision, building a team, and driving cross-functional impact.

Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end; own significant technical work and standards; use AI tooling across the SDLC; debug and resolve production issues across modern and legacy systems; drive maintainability and fast, reliable delivery.
