About the Job 

 

The Product Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences across ManageAmerica’s products. This role partners closely with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs, design effective solutions, and improve the overall user experience.  

Essential Functions 

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly experiences that meet customer and business needs.  
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile-based applications.  
  • Participate in user research activities, customer interviews, and usability testing.  
  • Translate user feedback and product requirements into thoughtful design solutions.  
  • Contribute to and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across the platform.  
  • Support accessibility and usability best practices throughout the design process.  
  • Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and product outcomes.  
  • Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices.  

Qualifications 

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.  
  • Working knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. 
  • Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience designing digital products or SaaS applications 
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment 

 

Required Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.  
  • 2-4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role.  
  • SaaS experience preferred.  

 

Supervisory Responsibility 
This position does not have supervisory responsibility. 

Work Environment 
This role operates in a fully remote work environment. This role routinely uses standard home office equipment and technology such as computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and peripheral devices.
