The Product Designer creates intuitive and accessible user experiences for RXNT’s products. This role combines user research, interface design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the complex needs of healthcare users and administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design new features and workflows
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and field research
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Contribute to and maintain the design system for RXNT products
  • Advocate for accessibility and usability across product experiences
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and data
  • Support go-to-market materials with design assets
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of product design experience; experience in healthcare
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for complex applications
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Education/Certifications Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field required
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
