We are ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. Founded in 2022, we've grown to nearly 200 team members and were named one of LinkedIn's 2025 Top 50 Startups in the United States. We move fast, think big, and love bold ideas that push boundaries (and buttons). From new rewards to fresh game mechanics, every challenge is a chance to innovate and have fun doing it. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.

The Role

We're an AI-first team building Modo for players who are almost always on their phones, so everything starts mobile. As our Senior Product Designer, you'll own the design process from the first idea through launch and beyond, and you'll push past buttons and screens into motion, sound and haptics that make Modo as fun to use as the games inside it. Now is a great time to jump in while the team is lean and the playbook is still being written.

Opening Moves
  • Get close to our players, our product and our codebase, and spot the biggest opportunities to improve the experience

  • Ship your first end-to-end project alongside product and engineering

The main game

  • Own design from discovery through UX flows, UI, prototyping, design QA and launch

  • Challenge assumptions, explore alternatives and recommend solutions you can back up

  • Design mobile-first journeys that handle user states, edge cases, accessibility and regulatory constraints

  • Stay close to engineering and iterate based on how the product performs

Bonus rounds

  • Use motion, sound, haptics and effects to make rewards and moments feel great

  • Build functional prototypes with AI and explore working directly in our codebase

  • Keep finding new ways to make our design workflow faster and better

Your starting stats

  • You've spent 3+ years in product design and have a strong portfolio of shipped work that shows you owned the project end to end

  • You have sharp UX and UI fundamentals: hierarchy, typography, spacing, color and interaction design, plus a feel for complex flows and edge cases

  • You're strong in Figma and have used Claude Code or Codex to speed up your work, prototype ideas and solve problems, and you can show how AI improved your process

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and keep work moving without constant oversight

  • You think about the business impact of design decisions and use feedback, testing and product metrics to judge results

  • You know frontend basics, responsive design, design systems and how to design within an existing codebase's styling

  • You communicate clearly, give and take feedback well, and work well during overlapping team hours

Level-ups (not required)

  • Experience in gaming, iGaming, social casino, sweepstakes or other regulated industries

  • A feel for game design, player engagement, reward mechanics and progression systems

  • Experience with Rive, After Effects, Blender, Unity or Spline

  • Experience with AI tools like ElevenLabs, Higgsfield or similar

  • Apps, side projects or prototypes you've built with AI, ideally with a minor frontend change or two in a real codebase

  • Familiarity with React, frontend workflows, A/B testing or product analytics

Why you'll want in
Your work won’t stop at screens. You’ll have room to play with motion, sound, and haptics, and to make Modo feel as fun as the games inside it.
You’ll join a team of four designers where everyone owns their work from idea to launch, and challenging how things are done is part of the job, not a risk. You’ll have real room to experiment with AI tools and help shape how we design and build. We trust you to decide what stays an experiment and what ships. Good judgment is what we’re after, and we’ll back it.
