Design and build scalable, user-centered web product features. Conduct user research and data analysis, collaborate with UX/UI and engineering, implement and test features, participate in code reviews, and maintain design and code quality to deliver intuitive, high-performance experiences.
About the Role:Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
- Implement and test new product features, ensuring they are intuitive, reliable, and performant.
- Lean towards a clean, minimal, and modern user experience and design.
- Conduct thorough product analysis, including user research, feedback analysis, and data-driven insights to inform product improvements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Work closely with backend and frontend engineers to integrate product features seamlessly.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, building scalable and reliable web applications, preferably in a pre-Series B startup.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proficiency in industry-standard design & Gen AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Figma, Lottie and other relevant software for graphic design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design is preferred
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
