As a Product Engineer at Ando, you'll develop the message tagging and memory system, enhance search features, and integrate user feedback for improved AI collaboration tools.
The summary above was generated by AI

We’re looking for founding engineers with strong product instincts and an obsession with agents. Bonus points for speed demons.

What we're doing at Ando

  • Teams are already building agents and using them across Slack, email, and other tools. But these platforms weren't designed for human-AI collaboration. The answer isn't a better Slack though; we're rethinking communications from the ground up to support better collaboration between humans and agents.

What you’ll be doing at Ando

  • Own our message tagging and memory system; iterate on it and develop strong evals + benchmarks

  • Improve upon our search features

  • Stay close to bleeding-edge memory and post-training research

  • Observe users and translate messy, human workflows into hypotheses

  • Collaborate closely with product and design to define what is possible for the user experience

  • Liaison with foundation model partners to leverage latest alpha releases

Qualifications

  • Comfort working across the stack - from modeling and data to infrastructure and evaluation

  • Strong sense for product - able to judge not just what’s technically possible, but what makes for an amazing user experience

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
