Every physical good spends time in a warehouse, and every warehouse tracks their inventory. Today, nearly 100% of warehouses track their inventory manually using barcode scanners and climbing forklifts.

We're Corvus Robotics. Our fully autonomous Corvus One™ drones use computer vision & robotics to automatically track inventory, improving worker safety and increasing labor efficiency. We believe that data-driven, safe inventory management will optimize the global physical economy and improve economic prosperity for humanity.

About the Role

With autonomous robots deployed in dozens of Global 2000 companies across the US, we're now ready to introduce the AI inventory revolution with robotics at scale, implementing to hundreds and thousands of warehouses.

We’re looking for a hands-on implementation engineer to deliver exceptional installations and champion the operational success of our robotics systems across the US.

Specifically, in this role you will:

  • Organize implementation projects for new and existing enterprise customers

  • Swiftly triage and perform incident response to real-world robotics operations at scale

  • Be the “face of innovation” in the education of embodied-AI to customer champions

  • Collaborate with product engineering & customer success to deliver value-add product improvements

In this role, you'll spend 80% of time traveling to customer sites, with periodic trips to HQ in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate must be able to rent & drive cars in the U.S.

We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, including recent graduates and international students. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, driven, and committed to growing & learning quickly.

Must haves:

  • Experience running autonomous robots in uncontrolled environments (e.g., outdoors, or in real-world facilities)

  • Demonstrated familiarity with robotic stacks & software tooling, including Ubuntu, ROS, Python & shell scripts, Git, SQL

  • Hands-on experience conducting electrical diagnosis and mechanical repair on hardware devices

  • Eager and curious to learn, grow, and adapt quickly to a fast-growing startup environment

Not required, but nice to have:

  • Experience in customer-facing or community-oriented roles, such as retail, resident advisor, and customer support
