The Role:
We are seeking a Product Intern to support initiatives across our Product organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how products are researched, built, delivered, and supported within a SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with product leaders and cross-functional partners to support analysis, coordination, and execution across a variety of product-related efforts.
This role is ideal for someone interested in learning more about product management, operations, and customer delivery, and who wants to understand how strategy and execution come together to drive customer and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Support product teams with research, documentation, and coordination related to product initiatives.
Assist with gathering and organizing inputs from cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Pro Services, and Operations.
Help analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement across the product lifecycle.
Contribute to internal projects focused on improving product delivery, operational efficiency, or customer experience.
Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and reviews to gain exposure to product decision-making and prioritization.Assist with preparing summaries, reports, or materials to support product leadership and execution.
About You:
You’re curious, thoughtful, and interested in how products are built and scaled. You enjoy connecting dots across teams, asking good questions, and learning how customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints influence product decisions.
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong interest in product management, product operations, or related roles within a technology company.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze information, synthesize insights, and communicate clearly.
Comfortable working with documentation, data, and internal tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to SaaS products, product teams, or customer-facing roles.
Experience with spreadsheets, project tracking tools, or documentation platforms.
Coursework or prior experience related to product, operations, business analysis, or customer success.
Compensation:
This is an hourly internship role with a pay rate of $20/hour.
The compensation range represents the pay the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and applicable law.
