Who We Are

We are seeking a talented Product Lead, GTM to help drive a games team delivering Free to Play mobile games on iOS and Android. Leveraging AI tools to excel in your role and driving a team of artists and engineers to leverage AI tools is a requirement for the job. You must have a passion for start-up rhythms, future-facing technologies, and for working alongside your teammates at record pace. You will drive game design, production, production management and technology enablement strategy for a Free to Play mobile game.

Your role as Product Lead, GTM will be a dynamic blend of product strategy, game design, and product management to marshal a senior development team to rapidly build and operate free to play mobile games built with cutting edge AI technology. You will work closely with other game leads as well as divisional leadership to bring the next wave of Series’ AI-powered games to market in a personalized fashion.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute game and technology strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • Market Analysis & Customer Interviews: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor platform products, and customer feedback to inform game product decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to develop solutions

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, user engagement, personalization, cohort optimization and monetization strategies.

  • Agile Environment: Operate effectively in an agile setting, adapting to change and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.

The Ideal You

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Product Lead or similar role in social media, streaming platforms, or gaming platforms. You should also have experience in free-to-play game businesses, both development and operations.

  • Scrappiness: Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal resources and thrive under ambiguity.

  • Proactivity: Strong self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates opportunities and challenges.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mind with experience using data to drive insights and decisions.

  • Passion for Technology: Deep understanding of platform technologies that allow for deep personalization and smart live ops customization .

  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.The ability to actively listen and to accept criticism is extremely important.
