  • Multi-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Test, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure alignment and resolve issues.

  • Cost and Quality Targets: Ensure products meet established cost, quality, and reliability targets at each development stage.

  • Operational Rigor: Monitor alignment to Plan of Record (POR), manage changes, and ensure alignment with schedule, quality, and cost targets.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and present program status reports, post-mortems, and lessons learned to leadership.

  • Program Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in program execution, using standard methodologies and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program management experience in semiconductor, silicon, ASIC, or high-tech product development.

  • Demonstrated success in launching at least ten new silicon products within fast-paced, settings

  • 10+ years of experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes and product lifecycle management for silicon ASICs including process, product and package qualifications as well as Test HW process and bring-up.

  • Knowledge of silicon development flows: architecture, design, verification, product/test engineering, and silicon lifecycle management.

  • Experience translating customer requirements into actionable engineering achievements.

  • Familiarity with hardware/system design, testing, and production engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; Master's degree highly preferred.

  • Ability to lead and influence multi-functional teams without direct authority.

  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.

  • Experience with silicon product development, ASIC/SoC, or hardware manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with supply chain operations, quality/reliability testing, and manufacturing process flows.
