- 10+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience implementing and scaling enterprise lending platforms such as nCino, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, or comparable banking and lending technologies
- Proven success delivering business banking technology solutions within large, matrixed organizations
- Senior-level experience leading Agile product delivery at scale, driving execution across multiple Agile teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional product organizations, including managing managers and senior individual contributors
- Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle management, including product strategy, go-to-market execution, and ongoing optimization
- Ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level, partnering effectively with technology leaders, risk partners, and external vendors
