About the Role

Worldly is seeking a Product Intern to join our team for a 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June – August). Reporting to the Product team, this internship will support a strategic initiative to evaluate and implement a new subscription management solution.

Worldly’s current subscription system is a homegrown solution that has become increasingly difficult to maintain due to evolving product and billing requirements. The intern will help support the evaluation, implementation, and go-to-market planning for a new subscription management approach that improves reliability and functionality for both internal teams and customers.

This role will focus on validating product functionality, coordinating with multiple stakeholder groups, and ensuring the solution works effectively across end-to-end user workflows including subscriptions, payments, and invoicing.

This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in product management, systems implementation, and go-to-market strategy who enjoys working cross-functionally and solving complex operational challenges.

What You'll Do

Projects and scope of work may include:

  • Supporting the go-to-market planning and rollout strategy for a new subscription management solution

  • Testing and validating end-to-end subscription workflows, including subscriptions, billing, payments, and invoicing

  • Working with internal teams to ensure the solution functions effectively for different user groups

  • Coordinating with stakeholders including external customers, sales teams, FinOps, and internal product teamsto gather feedback and validate requirements

  • Assisting with implementation readiness, ensuring internal users can configure and manage subscriptions and quotes effectively

  • Documenting workflows, testing results, and product requirements to support implementation and adoption

  • Identifying potential risks or gaps in user workflows and recommending improvements

The intern will work closely with the hiring manager to define a specific project scope based on the final direction of the subscription solution (buy vs. build), with clear deliverables and milestones.

What You’ll Gain

This internship offers the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to a strategic product initiative that impacts both customer experience and internal operations

  • Gain hands-on exposure to product management, systems implementation, and go-to-market planning

  • Work cross-functionally with teams including Product, Sales, Finance Operations, and Customer stakeholders

  • Develop experience in product testing, validation, and stakeholder coordination

  • Receive structured mentorship and clear project milestones with midpoint and final presentations

  • Participate in Worldly’s structured internship program including intern huddles and project presentations

  • Potential opportunity for future full-time employment, following the path of previous interns who have joined the company after their internships

We’d Like To See
  • Previous product management internship or related experience

  • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment

  • Basic understanding of information systems or IT systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage project tasks

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn product management practices

Nice to Have

  • Degree or coursework in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Interest in product management or project management

  • Familiarity with software systems, billing platforms, or subscription models

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects
