Purpose in Every Position

Pebl puts a world of talent at your fingertips. With our AI-powered Global Work Platform™, companies can hire, pay, and manage employees in 185+ countries—removing risk, red tape, and guesswork from global growth. Backed by more than a decade of compliance leadership and local expertise, Pebl helps businesses move fast, stay compliant, and scale with confidence. With Pebl, companies everywhere can hire great talent anywhere.

Where Your Work Moves the Needle.

At Pebl, every team member drives our success. Joining us means more than filling a role—you’re accountable for results and impact. Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you’ll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work.

The Role

We're hiring a PM intern to own a meaningful slice of our Talent Solution track — one of Pebl's biggest bets this summer. The Talent Solution turns Pebl from an EOR provider into an end-to-end global hiring platform: helping employers figure out where to hire, who to hire, and how to stay compliant doing it.

You won't be shadowing. You'll own a problem, write real specs, work directly with engineers and designers, and see your work go live before the summer ends.

This will be a 12 week internship, located in Palo Alto, CA.

What You'll Work On

  • Research how companies decide where to hire internationally — through competitive analysis and direct customer interviews — and translate findings into a clear product direction

  • Write the PRD and define the product feature

  • Work alongside engineers and designers to ship the feature, owning acceptance criteria and making scope tradeoff calls along the way

  • Track real usage metrics post-launch

What We're Looking For

  • Rising junior, senior, or MBA student with interest in product management

  • Strong written communication — you can turn ambiguous problems into clear, structured documents

  • Analytical instinct — you ask "why" before jumping to solutions, and you're comfortable with data

  • Self-starter — you drive your work forward without needing to be told what to do next

  • Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or global employment; prior PM internship or side project with a shipped product

What You'll Walk Away With

  • A shipped feature, live in production, with real users

  • A full PRD you wrote from scratch

  • User research artifacts and a competitive analysis

  • A before/after metric story you can tell in interviews

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
