Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1500+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Product Manager, New Verticals to define, build, and scale AI agent–powered solutions for Harvey’s most strategic customers – enabling successful deployments and uncovering new solutions to unlock new opportunities for Harvey. This role sits at the intersection of deep customer discovery, sales, complex workflow mapping, AI/LLM capabilities, and hands-on delivery.

You will work closely with key accounts to understand their highest-value use cases end to end, translate those into agent-powered solutions (out-of-the-box or net-new), and partner with engineering, research, and leadership to bring them to life. You’ll be responsible to drive repeatability—turning bespoke deployments into scalable products, pricing models, and commercial frameworks for entire verticals.

What You'll Do
  • Partner directly with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows and translate ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable product definitions for agent-powered solutions.

  • Lead discovery for your assigned accounts and verticals, developing a deep understanding of user intentions, data constraints, workflows, and success criteria.

  • Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed.

  • Drive deployments end to end—working with forward deployed engineering and customer teams to implement, test, and refine agent solutions.

  • Define and track success metrics for the verticals you support, ensuring solutions deliver measurable productivity and quality outcomes.

  • Develop account-level and vertical-level roadmaps, translating customer needs into scalable products or reusable frameworks.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, executives, engineering, and legal research to align product direction and ensure technical feasibility.

  • Influence new commercial models, including pricing, packaging, and deployment strategies for agent-led solutions.

  • Champion repeatability, helping transform one-off solutions into product features, components, or templates that scale across the customer base.

What You Have
  • 8+ years of work experience

  • Background in professional services (legal, consulting, banking, or adjacent fields) with experience operating in complex, high-stakes workflows.

  • 3+ years of product management experience or closely related roles (e.g., solutions, forward deployed engineering, product consulting).

  • Experience working in B2B or enterprise environments, ideally with AI, automation, or workflow tooling.

  • Demonstrated ability to ship and iterate on enterprise-grade software or high-complexity solutions.

  • Executive presence and a customer obsession mindset

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with detail orientation—able to zoom out to vertical-level needs while handling precise workflow nuances.

  • Ability to communicate both qualitatively and quantitatively; strong command of structuring ambiguous problem spaces.

  • Comfort navigating extreme ambiguity, defining structure from zero, and driving clarity for cross-functional teams.

  • A scrappy, ownership mentality—willing to jump on flights, run QA, troubleshoot with engineering, or support customer teams when needed.

Bonus Points
  • Experience building or deploying AI agents, workflow automation tools, or retrieval-augmented systems.

  • Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or consultant with strong product instincts.

  • Prior role in a hyper-growth startup or high-performing enterprise product org.
