The Product Manager will partner with a cross-functional team to bring the EBSCOhost AI Exchange platform to market.  The EBSCOhost AI Exchange acts as a marketplace and delivery infrastructure for trusted EBSCOhost content in the age of AI.  You will help develop and bring to market MCP based solutions to deliver EBSCOhost content into AI Agents.  The Product Manager will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology and other departments.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with Product Management leadership to develop and execute go to market efforts for EBSCOhost AI Exchange
  • Collaborate with Technical teams to communicate market needs and feedback
  • Join customer and publisher calls to discuss EBSCOhost AI Exchange products and benefits
  • Help build and deliver stakeholder updates
  • Drive business requirements for future roadmap items, in partnership with other Product Managers
  • Partner with Sr. PM for Voice of the Customer Program on communications, tracking enhancements and roadmap visibility.

Your Team

This role reports to the Vice President of Product Management and closely partners with the Sr. Product Manager, AI Exchange.  The role works closely with teams across Product Management, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction.  The Product Management team is comprised of 30+ Product Managers who represent different platform and functionality level initiatives.  The team is customer-facing and drives business requirements across the EBSCOhost suite of products and services. 

About You
  • 0-2 years of Product Management experience
  • Interest in working closely with customers and other external partners
  • Familiarity with AI Agents and MCP workflows
  • Interest in building a career in Product Management with EBSCO
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with various teams

Pay RangeUSD $62,925.00 - USD $89,890.00 /Yr.
