Product Manager – AI Platform & Integrations

About Eudia

Eudia is a high-growth AI startup on a mission to transform legal work through Augmented Intelligence- pairing advanced AI with human expertise to supercharge legal teams. Our platform helps Fortune 500 corporate legal departments move faster, manage risk, and transform the legal function from a cost center into a strategic advantage.

Eudia is trusted by some of the world's most demanding organizations, including Cargill, DHL, Bayer, Duracell, Dolby, Indeed, OpenAI, the U.S. Air Force, Best Buy, Asana, Dropbox, LinkedIn, GE Vernova, Citi, Etsy, Novelis, Pure Storage, Del Monte, Cox, PetSmart, Udemy, and many more across regulated and high-stakes industries.

Backed by General Catalyst, Floodgate, and Sierra Ventures, and leading individual investors including Gokul Rajaram and Prof. Chris Ré (Stanford), Eudia is building deeply technical AI platforms for risk-sensitive environments where accuracy, security, and trust are non-negotiable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of Eudia's AI platform, enterprise integrations, and developer-facing products. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a PM who is eager to go deep on AI-powered products and enterprise infrastructure in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will work closely with ML engineers, legal experts, designers, and go-to-market teams to ship AI capabilities that are trusted, explainable, and production-ready. You'll be supported by senior product leadership while taking genuine ownership of key product areas from day one.

What You'll Work On

  • AI quality and evaluation frameworks for LLM-powered legal workflows

  • Enterprise APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations

  • Eudia's conversational AI assistant - its behavior, guardrails, and user experience

  • Platform scalability, security, and deployment across enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

AI Quality & Conversational Intelligence

  • Contribute to Eudia's AI quality strategy, including model evaluation, document understanding, and conversational behavior.

  • Help define evaluation criteria for LLM components by translating legal and business requirements into measurable metrics and acceptance criteria.

  • Partner with ML engineers on features related to retrieval augmentation, document grounding, and citation accuracy.

  • Support the development of safety guardrails, human-in-the-loop mechanisms, and fallback flows to ensure AI outputs remain reliable and professional.

  • Assist in maintaining context-aware AI behavior that incorporates client-specific knowledge, playbooks, and contract repositories.

Enterprise Platform & Integrations

  • Contribute to the roadmap for Eudia's enterprise platform, supporting Fortune 500 deployments.

  • Help design and document APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns for CLM systems, DMS, CRM, and SSO providers.

  • Champion a strong developer experience by working with engineering to improve documentation, onboarding flows, and tooling.

  • Collaborate with DevOps, security, and client IT teams to support compliance requirements such as SOC 2, GDPR, and RBAC.

  • Work cross-functionally with customer success and GTM teams to ensure platform capabilities meet real enterprise operational needs.

Requirements

Product Management Experience

  • ~5 years of product management experience, with exposure to technical or platform-level products.

  • Experience taking features or products end-to-end - from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.

  • Exposure to APIs, developer tools, or infrastructure-adjacent products is a plus.

AI / ML Familiarity

  • Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and modern AI techniques.

  • Some hands-on experience with LLM-powered products or ML-driven features; familiarity with prompt design, embeddings, or evaluation workflows is a plus.

  • Comfortable collaborating with ML engineers and asking the right questions to inform technical decisions.

Enterprise & Domain Knowledge

  • Experience with B2B software products or platforms.

  • Appreciation for security, data privacy, and compliance-conscious product design.

  • Exposure to legal tech, contract management, or regulated industries is a bonus, but not required.

Execution & Communication

  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured plans and clear requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable talking to engineers, designers, and business stakeholders alike.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Ownership & Drive

  • Proactive and self-motivated; you don't wait to be told what to do next.

  • High standards for quality and a genuine care for user impact.

  • Energized by the pace and responsibility of a fast-growing startup.

  • Passion for building AI systems that solve real-world problems responsibly.

Why Join Eudia?

At Eudia, you'll join a mission-driven team shaping the future of legal work. As a PM, you'll have real ownership, direct exposure to cutting-edge AI systems, and the opportunity to grow quickly in a supportive but fast-moving environment. You'll work alongside experts in AI and law to build an enterprise-grade platform that prioritizes trust, safety, and impact.

If you're excited by the challenge of building sophisticated AI products that are deeply technical, enterprise-ready, and genuinely useful - we'd love to meet you.

Compensation Range: $180 - $235
