The Opportunity
We’re looking for a stellar product manager with a passion for business-in-a-box software to craft the vision for our coaching and training management platform. You’ll focus on building tools that help coaches streamline workflows and scale their businesses, so they can maximize productivity while being effortless. You’ll work closely with our AI team to build next-generation tools that transform the coaching experience entirely, and you’ll partner with the product manager for our client app, where we help fitness enthusiasts around the world reach the next level with their fitness dreams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the co-founders to build and develop the product roadmap
- Own the product roadmap for the coaching platform (workout, nutrition, habits, communication, analytics, and more)
- Design and optimize the way coaches build and deliver tailored training experiences at scale
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ship quickly and responsibly
- Continuously improve: assess product performance, user data, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate or identify new opportunities
- Drive key metrics: coach conversion and retention, average number of clients
- Talk to users regularly—understand edge cases and build for scale
- Build for a global user base from day one
What we're looking for:
- Have 5 - 7 years of web and mobile product management experience at a SaaS or cloud-based software company
- Experience building business automated workflows, CRM tools, or training/nutrition tools is a plus
- Have a strong eye for UX and understand the mechanics of great user flows
- Are curious about AI-driven workflows - we’re actively building and refining a Jarvis-like, AI fitness coach assistant
- You are comfortable jumping into Figma, Jira, Confluence, analytics, or QA
- Are forward-thinking and curious about the latest tech trends
- Know what hypergrowth feels like - and want to do it again
- Have a passion for health and fitness
