Why Rogo

Our mission is to transform global finance by empowering professionals at the world's top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We're not just improving financial workflows; we're redefining them.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company driving transformation in one of the most important industries in the world. With a rapidly growing, global client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to Rogo’s mission. We take ownership of complex problems and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional, craft-obsessed product manager to own the experiences where finance professionals work with Rogo, across our entire product. This is a role for a builder with extraordinary product and design intuition: you'll translate powerful agent capabilities into interfaces that feel fast, clear, and delightful for the most sophisticated users in the world. You'll work across every function at Rogo to define and craft how Rogo looks, feels, and flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product areas across Rogo's surfaces end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and iteration

  • Translate powerful agent capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful interfaces

  • Own the experience across Rogo's product: the core application, search, the document and file experience, and the tools and plugins our users work in every day

  • Drive information architecture, flows, and the last ten percent of polish in close partnership with design

  • Prototype and build to figure out what is worth shipping. We prototype in design or code (everyone here builds with AI) far more than we write long specs, then partner closely with engineering and design to bring it to life and unblock the team continuously

  • Set a high bar for craft and quality, so nothing ships that doesn't feel great to use

  • Talk to the world's most sophisticated users, study how they work, and turn that into the next set of priorities

What You Will Need
  • Strong product management or startup product experience. You've shipped polished, design-forward software, ideally at a high-growth startup or a best-in-class product company

  • Exceptional product and visual taste, with strong information-architecture instincts and a natural partnership with design. You create experiences people love to use

  • Deep intuition for LLMs and genuine excitement for turning AI capabilities into great interfaces, with hands-on experience building with AI

  • A technical foundation. You're genuinely technical: you ship code, prototype and build rather than just spec, and can go deep with engineers. A degree in computer science, math, or engineering (or equivalent experience) is a plus

  • Finance experience is a plus, but not required. Strong generalist product crafters are very welcome

  • A trusted presence with senior stakeholders. You present with poise to the most senior people in finance and represent Rogo with polish; you're a steward of the company in every conversation

  • Exceptionally sharp, detail-oriented, and high-output, with a deep care for craft and the last ten percent

  • Opinionated, but low-ego and genuinely collaborative

Who You Are
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?
  • Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

  • Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

  • A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

  • Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

  • Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
