Primary Purpose: As Product Manager of Discovery Experiences, you will define how customers explore our products across Coach and Kate Spade ecommerce experiences. You'll own the full product lifecycle from strategy and research through testing and optimization, partnering closely with brand teams, UX researchers, design, and engineering to bring innovative discovery experiences to life.

  • Define and document strategy that connects user needs with business outcomes, clearly presenting your thinking and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Build and own the roadmap across multiple priorities and journeys, partnering with UXR, design, and brand teams to gather insights and define launch plans
  • Lead actionable analytics gathering and communication including building and reviewing dashboards at regular cadences and summarizing takeaways and next steps
  • Drive product execution by developing hypotheses, aligning with IT on technical approach, defining test packages, launching experiments, and tracking performance metrics that prove impact
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously upskilling on technological advancements with particular focus on AI and emerging discovery technologies
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration that balances speed, craft, and business results

  • 5+ years of ecommerce product management experience with proven track record of shipping high-impact features
  • Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and agile workflows
  • Strong data literacy: experience with GA4, Tableau and running A/B testing to validate hypotheses, translating key insights into action
  • Proficiency with tools like Figma and Jira; ability to build prototypes and write clear stories
  • Exceptional communicator who clearly conveys strategy, priorities, and learnings across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates ability to leverage AI to improve workflows, support research, and optimize analytics

Base Pay Range

$125,000.00-$140,000.00
