We’re looking for a Product Manager 2 Domain Team Enablement to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team within Datagrid, Procore's Agentic AI product. In this role, you’ll lead the platform strategy that enables our internal domain and product teams to seamlessly embed autonomous AI agents and intelligent workflows across the entire Procore ecosystem. Your primary goal is to build a scalable enablement platform composed of reusable architecture, internal core AI skills, and robust developer modules that allow multi-product teams to deploy AI capabilities rapidly, safely, and with zero architectural drift.

As a Product Manager , Domain Team Enablement, you’ll partner with engineering leads, data scientists, and distributed product tripods across the company to build an open internal ecosystem that offloads complex AI infrastructure management from leadership and domain teams alike. Use your backend platform mindset, systems thinking, and strong stakeholder alignment skills to turn abstract AI technologies into structured developer tooling that prevents fragmentation and maximizes organizational velocity. Procore is an enormously influential force in the built world, with more than a trillion USD in construction volume across millions of projects running on our platform. The enablement platform you create will directly impact many millions of the workflows literally building the world. Join us and help scale the "Agentic Era" from the inside out!

This position will be based in our San Francisco, CA office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:
  • Own and execute the technical roadmap for Procore's internal AI enablement platform, delivering robust APIs, SDKs, and reusable core modules that allow domain teams to build fast.

  • Design and enforce strict architectural guardrails and evaluation frameworks to ensure all embedded AI workflows maintain elite quality standards without fracturing the core user experience.

  • Translate abstract AI concepts and complex technical capabilities into highly accessible internal developer documentation, tooling, and scaffolding that lowers the barrier to entry for internal engineering teams.

  • Prioritize the backend backlog and feature lifecycle for internal enablement tools by balancing the developer needs of various cross-functional product lines.

  • Manage stakeholder friction and drive cross-functional alignment across distributed product tripods, acting as the primary advocate for a unified, scalable AI ecosystem.

  • Track and optimize key metrics of domain-team agents to guarantee that the internal enablement platform directly correlates to tangible, long-term end-user value.

  • Establish baseline engineering metrics that measure and drastically reduce the friction, time, and development effort required for internal teams to build and maintain their agents.

What we’re looking for:
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical work experience.

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with significant experience working within B2B SaaS, enterprise platform engineering, or developer tooling environments.

  • Deep technical appreciation for LLMs, autonomous agents, or API/SDK platform design, showing a strong passion for "getting into the weeds" of technical architecture.

  • Exceptional platform and systems thinking skills, with a proven history of building horizontal infrastructure or shared modules that successfully enable independent vertical product lines.

  • Demonstrated capability to manage an agile backend backlog, prioritize competing technical requirements, and translate abstract platform goals into clear, actionable engineering specs.

  • Strong consultative communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building trust and navigating stakeholder friction across highly collaborative, multi-product organizations.

  • A results-oriented mindset focused on telemetry and operational metrics, such as internal developer velocity and system performance evaluation.

Prior experience in Construction Tech, the AECO industry, or highly scaled enterprise developer platforms is a major plus.
