Role Overview – Why This Role Matters

Protegrity is redefining how enterprises protect sensitive data in the age of AI, and this role sits at the center of that mission. As Product Manager for GenAI, you’ll shape how conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions show up inside Protegrity’s installed products, turning complex security and compliance requirements into experiences customers trust.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customers to validate ideas early and bring them to market with rigor. It’s a role built on continuous learning, as security and AI standards evolve quickly, and you’ll help define what responsible GenAI product development looks like at Protegrity.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and deliver the roadmap for user-facing GenAI features, including conversational assistants, policy advisors, and agentic solutions, embedded across Protegrity’s cloud and on-prem products.

  • Partner with customers and design partners to validate new features and accelerate adoption.

  • Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.

  • Define and track success metrics tied to sales growth, retention, and user satisfaction.

  • Ensure every feature meets rigorous security and privacy standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and Agents.

What You’ll Need
  • 3–6 years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI/ML-enabled products, or security solutions; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated ownership across the full product lifecycle, from ideation and PRDs/user stories through development, QA, launch, and iteration.

  • Strong familiarity with global security and compliance frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and OWASP.

  • Proven ability to deliver AI-driven user experiences in enterprise environments.

  • Documentation-driven and detail-oriented, with a track record of producing artifacts that align global, cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience partnering across engineering, UX, and customers.

  • High personal standards for quality, compliance, and security.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with customer pilots, design partner programs, or early-stage product validation.

  • Background working with customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government.

  • Familiarity with emerging AI governance frameworks and standards bodies (e.g., NIST, ISO, OWASP working groups).

  • Experience presenting product strategy to executive or board-level stakeholders.

Should you accept this position, you will be required to consent to and successfully complete a background investigation. This may include, subject to local laws, verification of extended education, and additional criminal and civil checks.

We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits with generous vacation and holiday time off. All employees are also provided access to ongoing learning & development.

Ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace is our priority. We are committed to an environment of acceptance where you are free to bring your full self to work. All qualified applicants and current employees will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability or veteran status.
