THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at Hilbert, you will own the product vision end-to-end and help bring to life AI products that redefine how B2C companies grow. You know how to balance long-term vision with near-term execution, and you are singularly mission focused, but you are extremely flexible on the tactics necessary to achieve that mission.
Core Responsibilities
Define and evolve the product roadmap by synthesizing complex problem spaces, shaping product direction, and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Engage directly with customers to build a deep understanding of their domain, operational constraints, and highest-impact growth opportunities.
Gather product feedback, define requirements, and partner with engineering to prioritize and deliver high-impact features.
Build and manage strong relationships with customer partners, serving as a trusted product and growth advisor.
