Job Description:

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in high-intensity environments and loves building from zero to one. This role is ideal for someone early in their product management career who is hungry for ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact—not process for process’s sake.

You’ll own meaningful product surface area from end to end: shaping direction, working directly with engineers, talking to customers, and shipping. You won’t be handed a perfectly defined roadmap or mature systems—you’ll help create them.

This is a role for builders and will be hybrid (Tues & Thurs.) in our Redwood City, CA office.

What You’ll Do
  • Own a problem space from discovery to delivery, driving real customer and business outcomes

  • Turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction, scoped bets, and shipped solutions

  • Work closely with engineering to define requirements, reason through tradeoffs, and move quickly

  • Talk to customers regularly to understand pain points, validate direction, and pressure-test ideas

  • Balance short-term execution with longer-term product thinking

  • Define success metrics and use data (qualitative and quantitative) to guide decisions

  • Improve how we build products—not just what we build—by raising the bar on clarity and execution

Experience & Skills
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in product management, engineering, consulting, startups, or similar problem-solving roles

  • Demonstrated ability to ship real products or systems (at work or outside of it)

  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working through complex, technical domains

  • Ability to write clearly—product requirements documents, specifications, narratives, or decision documents

  • Bonus (not required): experience with data platforms, analytics, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
