We are seeking a strategic and technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our product data ecosystem. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, ensuring that our product data is accurate, enriched, and seamlessly distributed across all global channels.

The ideal candidate bridges the gap between complex data architecture and superior customer experiences, turning "raw data" into a competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term vision for PIM and MDM platforms to support global scalability and data integrity.
  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards, taxonomy structures, and governance policies to ensure a "single source of truth."
  • Integration Management: Lead the integration of PIM/MDM systems with ERP, E-commerce, CMS, and third-party marketplace platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Workflow Optimization: Design and implement automated workflows for product onboarding, enrichment, and localization to reduce time-to-market.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs to measure data health, system adoption, and the impact of enriched data on conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • PIM/MDM Expertise: Deep experience managing enterprise-level platforms (InRiver/ Stibo).
  • Data Modeling: Strong understanding of hierarchical structures, attributes, and relational database concepts.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API integrations, JSON/XML data transfers, and ETL processes with engineering teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in SQL or data visualization tools to monitor data health and system performance.
  • Agile Methodology: Proven track record of managing backlogs and sprints in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 52,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 182,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
