Owns the mortgage platform’s product strategy, roadmap, feature prioritization, and execution. Analyzes market, customer, and competitive needs; acts as product evangelist and subject-matter expert; and collaborates with development and business analysis teams to deliver software products. The role requires mortgage loan origination expertise, experience building integration-heavy software products, familiarity with AI tools, technical and strategic judgment, agile development knowledge, and strong communication and leadership skills.

As the Product Manager (Mortgage), you will own, define, prioritize and execute on all products, product features and system functionality for our core platform. You have your finger on the pulse of the industry, the competition and our clients' needs working as the product evangelist and the internal SME and collaborating to push the product forward.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning, creating and maintaining the product roadmap aligning it with the demands of the market and the strategic vision;
- Analyzing our target market, getting input from the customer, and collaborating to choose the best ideas to pursue.
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of our competition and developing strategies and tactics to reduce threats.
- Setting product strategy and prioritizing features.
- Serving as the internal and external evangelist for the platform: and acting as the "messenger of the market" internally to the organization.
Executing on the roadmap by working collaboratively with the development and BA team to moving through the product life cycle at the pace required to meet business goals.
- 5+ years of experience in the mortgage loan origination process (lender, software company, or service provider)
- 3+ years of experience building successful software products with heavy reliance on 3rd party integrations
- Experience with using AI and building AI tools
- Technical background strongly preferred
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Know how to lead without mandating
- Be comfortable bringing order to potentially ambiguous and complex situations
- Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy
- Brilliant communicator
- Strategist who translates the company's high-level vision and goals into actionable tasks
- Tech savvy and passionate about building products
- Track record of developing enterprise quality consumer-facing products
