Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing externally facing lending products that directly generate revenue. The Product Manager owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, performance optimization, and retirement, while partnering cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

- Own or influence product P&L including pricing, margins, and forecasting in partnership with Finance
- Translate business strategy into prioritized requirements and delivery plans with technology and operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, legal, finance, and distribution
- Engage with external partners and customers to inform product direction
- Leverage market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
- Solve moderately complex problems and conduct analysis to guide decision-making
- Act as a subject matter resource and provide guidance to team members

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles supporting revenue-generating products
- 3+ years of experience with lending, credit, financial services, regulated product environments and/or healthcare products
- 3+ years of experience managing products across the full lifecycle
- 3+ years independently solving moderately complex problems using data-driven decision making
- 3+ years of solid cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications::
- Experience with product-level P&L ownership and financial performance management
- Experience with digital lending platforms and third-party integrations
- Experience leveraging AI in job related duties
- Experience mentoring or serving as a subject matter resource
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative development practices
