About the Role

As a People Systems Product Manager for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for our TA ecosystem (including Oracle ORC, Beamery, and custom home grown tools). We are at a pivotal moment as we navigate a major HR transformation. Your immediate focus will be on driving post-go-live system stabilization, before quickly pivoting to lead long-term enhancements and new features that transform how we attract and hire global talent. The ideal candidate has experience with Oracle ORC as well as developing new, custom applications; experience with heavily integrated environments is a must.

About the Team

The People Systems team is a dynamic, cross-functional group of Product Managers, Developers, Engineers, and Data/Security specialists. Together, we own the global ecosystem of SaaS and homegrown tools that power our People & Places organization. Our mission is simple yet massive: build, enhance, and secure the technology that shapes the employee experience for our global workforce.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with the Talent Acquisition business to co-create the long-term tech strategy and product roadmap, delivering high-impact, scalable global solutions.
  • Manage the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the immediate post-launch triage and stabilization of Oracle ORC, smoothly transitioning the team into a continuous delivery model for new features across the ecosystem.
  • Elevate the Experience: Pioneer best-in-class, intuitive, and seamless experiences for both external candidates and internal recruiters across our entire tech stack.
  • Own the Product Execution: Deeply engage in backlog management, issue triage, and writing crisp PRDs/user stories, collaborating daily with developers, engineers, and UX researchers.
  • Balance & Prioritize: Lead critical trade-offs between project schedules, system performance, and cost, proactively resolving blockers to meet ROI goals.
  • Influence & Align: Define business-critical metrics and align diverse, cross-functional stakeholders to ensure global operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful, highly innovative technology products from conception to launch.
  • Proven experience supporting heavily integrated product ecosystems, featuring a mix of enterprise SaaS and custom homegrown technologies.
  • Hands-on experience writing detailed PRDs, managing backlogs, and navigating complex system stabilization, triage, and optimization phases.
  • A keen, empathetic point of view on user experience combined with the ability to make critical, data-driven prioritization decisions.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in a highly complex operational organization, creating extreme clarity and alignment out of ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in HR/People Technology, with specific experience supporting Talent Acquisition organizations or deploying/enhancing Oracle HCM/ORC.
  • A proactive, results-oriented personality—constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while maintaining exceptional cross-functional collaboration.
  • High standards for product quality and a proven ability to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and global business stakeholders.
