About Veda

Veda is the infrastructure layer for the next generation of asset management. We are bridging the gap between institutional capital and decentralized finance by providing a secure, scalable, and intuitive platform for on-chain strategies. Having grown from 10 to 60+ institutional customers in record time, we are now at a critical inflection point: moving from an early-stage MVP to a robust, institutional-grade platform.

Role

Veda is seeking a highly technical and customer-oriented Product Manager to own the product roadmap for the Veda Platform. You will be the connective tissue between Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success, translating customer needs and market signals into a prioritized roadmap that drives measurable platform and business outcomes.

This is a high-impact IC role at a Series A company experiencing rapid growth (10 to 60+ customers), where you will shape how the next generation of on-chain asset management infrastructure is built and delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Veda Platform Roadmap: own the strategic roadmap to evolve our market-leading infrastructure into the definitive, institutional-grade suite for global on-chain asset management.

  • Design and Execution: author comprehensive PRDs and functional specs that provide Engineering with absolute clarity, ensuring "right-first-time" delivery for complex features.

  • Strategic Prioritization with Engineering: prioritize and sequence engineering work using a rigorous framework that accounts for customer tier, revenue impact, technical feasibility, and strategic positioning.

  • Operationalize the Product Lifecycle: drive continuous improvement of the SDLC and product lifecycle practices within the company. Establish repeatable processes for discovery, specification, development, QA, launch, and iteration.

  • Drive Release Excellence Across Teams: own the internal and external communication of the product lifecycle, ensuring the organization and our customers are aligned on what is shipping and why.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Product Management role at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Strong technical fluency in smart contracts, data platforms, and web applications. Comfortable engaging with engineers on system architecture, API design, and infrastructure trade-offs.

  • Track record of shipping products that improved measurable business outcomes (revenue, retention, adoption).

  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers in discovery, feedback, and design review settings.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to write clear specs, present to leadership, and facilitate cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years work experience in Crypto, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with Ethereum smart contracts, on-chain protocols, and vault/yield management concepts.

  • Work experience in fintech, financial services, and/or capital markets infrastructure.

  • Exposure to platform/developer product management (APIs, SDKs, developer documentation).

  • Experience building or scaling a Product team from the ground up.
