  • Align commercial and operational teams by proactively communicating program statuses, managing risks, and ensuring sales and marketing are fully equipped to sell new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years managing complex projects and technical software implementations within a start-up or agile development environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or entrepreneurship, with proven success building scalable project management tools and strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of relevant medical technologies, healthcare data, billing, or cardiac devices such as CIEDs, arrhythmia concepts, and implantable/wearable technologies.

  • Excellent communication and situational awareness to navigate trade-off discussions and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic priorities.
  • Proactive risk management and high resilience when navigating ambiguity, stressful situations, and very particular customer needs.
