Own product management for robotic automation systems, including deployment scoping, system layouts, pricing, requirements, customer integrations, and feature prioritization. Partner with Sales, Engineering, and customers to translate operational needs into effective hardware and software solutions. Create product documentation, presentations, dashboards, and reports using Grafana and Python. Manage sustaining product needs, support issues, feature requests, WMS integration plans, and system performance improvements.
We are a well-funded Series A startup on a mission to make e-commerce logistics more human-friendly and efficient with AI-powered robotics.
Founded by leading robotics researchers, we are growing our team of dynamic and compassionate tech enthusiasts to deploy human-centered robots at scale. Join us in helping people handle more throughout the supply chain!
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team as we develop and deploy robots that empower people to handle more. The product manager will focus on system configuration and feature sets required to automate customer use cases. In this role you will work closely with the Director of Product as well as the Sales and Engineering teams.
In this role you will:
- Own product management for our robotic automation systems, from scoping deployment-specific statements of work with Sales and customers to defining system layouts, pricing, and requirements across software, scanning, and sortation
- Partner with Engineering to assess the feasibility of new features and mechanical modifications, translating customer requirements into simple, effective solutions
- Act as the product expert for customers and Sales by communicating product and software updates, building customer-facing presentations, and preparing documentation such as spec sheets, integration guides, and operator manuals
- Build customer-specific dashboards and data reports (e.g., Grafana, Python) to track system performance and support customer and internal data requests
- Own sustaining product management by prioritizing support-ticket issues, managing customer feature requests, defining integration plans with customer warehouse management systems, and monitoring system performance for improvement opportunities
You are a good fit if you have:
- Eagerness to learn, solve challenging problems, and lead with curiosity
- A desire for career growth and ownership of your work
- Excitement about amplifying human potential with state-of-the-art robotics
- A BS in mechanical engineering, software engineering, robotics, or a related field, plus 2+ years of experience as a product manager (hardware product experience strongly preferred)
- Direct experience with warehouse robotics (2 years direct experience, minimum)
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a track record of distilling complex technical information into clear, concise communications and building trust and consensus across sales, engineering, and customer teams
- Strong attention to detail: you don't miss small things that can make or break a project
- (BONUS) Prior experience as a product manager in warehouse robotics, familiarity with WMS integrations, or a portfolio of high-quality technical documentation
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer benefits such as:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- 401k with 5% matching by Ambi
- Equity ownership
- Unlimited PTO
- Partial WFH
- Free parking on site at HQ
- Access to a full gym at HQ
- Free lunches 2x per week
