We’re looking for a Product Manager to own a core product area end-to-end, with direct responsibility for AI-powered features. This role sits at the intersection of customers, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams. You’ll define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and translate real customer problems into scalable, AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical acumen with excellent client-facing skills 

This position is based out of the Mountain View, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a defined product area, including AI-powered capabilities
  • Identify customer and market needs through client conversations, feedback, research, and data analysis
  • Partner closely with engineering to translate capabilities into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Balance customer value, model capabilities, data constraints, and engineering complexity when making product tradeoffs
  • Establish success metrics for AI features, including adoption, accuracy, performance, and business impact
  • Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to support demos, pilots/POCs, and customer discussions
  • Contribute to product documentation, demo assets, and sales collateral
  • Use data and analytics to continuously evaluate product performance and inform roadmap decisions
  • Stay current on AI and emerging technologies and help apply them meaningfully within the product

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Management (required)
  • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise B2B SaaS products (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (required)
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering teams
  • Experience delivering AI-powered features in a production B2B SaaS environment
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting to external stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
