Your Contribution:

  • Product Strategy: Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of CGM’s software products: CGM MEDISOFT and CGM LYTEC. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.

  • Requirement Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Track progress, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of features.

  • Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for sales and support teams to ensure they understand product features and can effectively communicate value to customers.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in healthcare technology. Specialized knowledge of healthcare technology and practice management workflows (preferred).

  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

  • Proven ability to gather and analyze data to inform product decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Sharepoint)
