  • Support go-to-market activities that enable Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Operations to drive product adoption and grow revenue.
  • Create and publish easy to consume customer-facing materials, presentations, articles and webinars that drive awareness and adoption of Resident Engagement capabilities.
  • Directly partner with new and existing customers to understand Resident Engagement capabilities, processes and challenges customers face with a variety of workflows. Work with Product Leadership to incorporate Customer Feedback into solutions that remove friction and expand product value.
  • Maintain clear documentation of use cases, product goals, user impact, risk, scope, KPIs, and customer outcomes.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and practices to ensure delivery with quality and impact. This includes authoring epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, testing, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Architecture, and Design teams to deliver scalable, secure, explainable, and production-ready solutions.
  • Be a strong internal advocate that regularly engages with the organization to train on capabilities, workflow changes and overall value proposition of our solution, particularly as it relates to homeowner engagement.
