About the role: 

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Director to shape how the market understands the future of workplace technology. This is a strategic leadership role at the center of Product, Sales, AI innovation, and category growth. 

You’ll own the narrative for OfficeSpace as AI reshapes how companies manage workplaces, collaboration, occupancy, and employee experience. You’ll build positioning that wins enterprise buyers, launch products that move markets, and design an AI-forward product marketing function that operates with speed, clarity, and precision.

What you’ll do: 

Product Positioning & Messaging 

  • Own positioning and messaging for the OfficeSpace platform, including AI-powered capabilities and future AI-native workflows  
  • Build differentiated narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers, executives, workplace leaders, and end users  
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes  
  • Refine messaging through customer insight, market signals, competitive intelligence, and AI-assisted analysis  
  • Partner closely with Product and Executive leadership to shape category narrative and market perception  

Go-to-Market Strategy 

  • Lead end-to-end product launches across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation  
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, and use-case frameworks that align GTM execution across teams  
  • Build scalable launch frameworks that improve speed, consistency, and market impact  
  • Develop competitive intelligence programs that sharpen differentiation and support strategic growth  
  • Partner cross-functionally to align messaging, campaigns, enablement, and customer communication  

Sales Enablement 

  • Create high-impact enablement assets including battlecards, ROI frameworks, demo narratives, executive decks, and AI-assisted sales tools  
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve deal velocity, shorten sales cycles, and increase competitive win rates  
  • Equip revenue teams with messaging frameworks that simplify complex product capabilities  
  • Build scalable enablement systems that support evolving AI-powered product launches and market positioning  
  • Use market and sales feedback loops to continuously improve enablement effectiveness  

AI-Driven Marketing Operations 

  • Leverage AI tools, LLMs, research agents, and analytics platforms to accelerate research, content generation, persona analysis, and market intelligence  
  • Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows for the Product Marketing function  
  • Build and oversee digital AI agents that support research, messaging development, competitive monitoring, and enablement production  
  • Test, refine, and scale AI-forward operating models across Product Marketing and the broader marketing organization  
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, trends, and best practices relevant to workplace technology and GTM execution  

Leadership & Team Building 

  • Establish scalable operating rhythms, frameworks, and communication systems that improve execution speed and cross-functional clarity  
  • Mentor and elevate Product Marketing talent while helping teams adopt AI-native ways of working  
  • Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership  
  • Act as a strategic advisor on AI, workplace technology, and the future of work  
  • Build a high-performance Product Marketing function that balances operational excellence with strategic market leadership  

 

What You bring: 

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role  
  • Proven success positioning complex enterprise software products with multiple buyer personas and stakeholder groups  
  • Strong experience leading enterprise product launches and cross-functional go-to-market programs  
  • Deep expertise in competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and category positioning  
  • Demonstrated fluency using AI tools in production workflows including prompt engineering, AI-assisted research, content orchestration, workflow automation, and insight synthesis  
  • Experience designing scalable AI-assisted operating models or managing AI-enabled marketing systems  
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with high operational rigor  
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity into compelling narratives  
  • Executive presence and confidence influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders  
  • Data-driven decision-making skills grounded in both qualitative insight and quantitative analysis  
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to improve processes across teams and workflows  
  • Experience in workplace technology, HR tech, proptech, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories is a plus  
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a builder mentality in fast-moving environments
