About the Role

    We’re seeking a superstar to lead Product Marketing, a strategic storyteller who will shape Auxia’s market narrative and drive our strategic positioning in the AI solutions landscape. This is a critical role aimed at establishing Auxia as a recognized thought leader and innovator within the rapidly evolving AI Marketing and Marketing Agents domain. 

    The ideal candidate possesses a blend of deep marketing expertise, familiarity with AI and agentic technologies, and an innate understanding of the needs and challenges faced by marketing professionals. You will have the autonomy and agency to build our product marketing function from the ground up, creating foundational strategies, frameworks, and narratives that drive market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define, articulate, and evolve Auxia’s core positioning, messaging, and narrative strategy in the AI Marketing landscape helping establish Auxia as the category leader for AI‑powered Marketing Agents.

  • Drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, aligning founders, sales, and engineering teams to deliver differentiated positioning and accelerate market adoption.

  • Serve as the internal champion and external voice of Auxia’s leadership in AI-led marketing approach, shaping how we apply AI in our own programs and sharing those insights to educate and influence the broader market.

  • Develop compelling content and thought leadership materials, including white papers, case studies, blogs, presentations, and customer success stories.

  • Become the expert on our customers, competitors, market trends, and emerging AI technologies, ensuring Auxia remains differentiated and ahead of market shifts.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches, sales enablement initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

  • Represent Auxia at industry events, conferences, and webinars, raising awareness and enhancing our market presence.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within fast-growing B2B technology startups.

  • Proven track record crafting compelling narratives and positioning innovative products in dynamic, evolving markets.

  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling, and actionable messages.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of agency, ownership, and drive to succeed.

  • Proven ability to build and scale product marketing functions from the ground up, demonstrating strategic and operational excellence.
