The summary above was generated by AI

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.

Since our public launch, we've crossed $100M in ARR and grown to over 10M users across 190+ countries. We're backed by Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator.

We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, IIT & IIM alumni, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.

The Role

Emergent is one of the fastest-growing AI products on the planet, and we're just getting started. As Product Marketing Lead, you own how the world understands what we build and why it matters. You'll shape the narrative for our app builder and AI agent platform, turn product capabilities into stories that move millions of entrepreneurs and business owners, and make sure every launch lands with the impact it deserves. This is a rare seat: a generational product, a category being defined in real time, and the chance to write the playbook that brings it to market.

What You'll Do:

  • Own core messaging and positioning for Emergent products, including the app builder and AI agent platform. Set the narrative that every channel, asset, and team member rallies around.
  • Run market research and competitive intelligence. Know the landscape better than anyone, and turn that knowledge into sharper positioning and faster product bets.
  • Quarterback major product launches and smaller feature release cycles. Lead cross-functional GTM from kickoff through post-launch analysis.
  • Get customer feedback directly from the source through user interviews, qualitative research, and usage pattern analysis. Bring the voice of the customer into every room.
  • Translate core messaging into segmented channel and journey-level copy that engages and connects with our audiences across web, lifecycle, paid, social, and in-product surfaces.
  • Partner across teams: work with Product on roadmap and launches, Growth on funnel performance, Brand and Content on creative execution, and Sales on enablement.

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years in product marketing at a high-growth tech company, with a track record of owning launches and positioning for products at meaningful scale.
  • Exceptional writer and verbal communicator. Your copy is clear, punchy, and on-strategy. You can move from a positioning doc to a homepage hero to a launch tweet without losing the thread.
  • You adopt and apply AI into your daily workflows to 10x your impact and output. You're not curious about AI in the abstract; you ship with it every day.
  • Insatiable curiosity for the new AI stack. You want to understand how agents work, how entrepreneurs and business owners think, and how to position products that didn't exist 18 months ago.
  • Customer-obsessed and data-informed. You start with insight, pressure-test with research, and ship with conviction.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance in a fast-paced environment, with the organizational chops to run multiple projects on tight deadlines without dropping balls.
  • Excellent attention to detail. You sweat the comma, the headline, and the handoff.
  • Bias for action. You ship, learn, and iterate faster than the market expects.

Why Join Us:

  • Build the marketing engine for products used by millions of entrepreneurs and business owners worldwide.
  • Work with a high-caliber, maker-first team solving frontier AI problems.
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
  • Fast learning, real impact, and a clear path to ownership and growth.

Benefits and Perks:

  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off: take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed
  • Flexible Working Hours: work arrangements that fit your life and commitments

The compensation range for this role is: 200,000 USD - 250,000 USD + Bonus + ESOPs

Let's build the future of software together.
