Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need. Mochi Health is fixing this.
We're building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable—connecting patients to the right providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems.
Our platform does what legacy healthcare can't: it gives patients transparent pricing before they pay, personalized medication management that follows them across providers, and long-term access to their own medical records. We're proving that healthcare can be more affordable, more human, and far more intuitive than what exists today.
Join a team that's rebuilding healthcare from the patient up. At Mochi Health, you'll work alongside people who value bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and getting meaningful work into the world. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it.

We are looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager to own lifecycle marketing and user engagement across Mochi Health's core product surfaces; patient experience, provider portal, and pharmacy portal. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and CRM, and is responsible for building the communication infrastructure and campaign strategies that drive conversion, retention, and long-term engagement across our user base.
You will be the go-to owner of our Customer.io instance, designing and executing multi-channel lifecycle programs (email, push notification, and SMS) that meet users where they are, whether they're a patient starting their weight loss journey, a clinician managing their panel, or a pharmacy partner processing prescriptions.
What You’ll Do- Own and operate Mochi Health's Customer.io instance end-to-end, including audience segmentation, campaign architecture, and deliverability management
- Build and optimize lifecycle programs across the full user journey — onboarding, activation, engagement, re-engagement, and retention — for patients, providers, and pharmacy partners
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns spanning email, SMS, and push notifications, with a consistent and cohesive messaging experience across touchpoints
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and churn reduction
- Identify drop-off points in the patient funnel and design targeted lifecycle interventions to improve conversion from sign-up through active treatment
- Build churn prediction and win-back programs using behavioral signals and engagement data
Cross-Portal Coverage
- Patient Experience: Design onboarding flows, habit-building nudges, appointment reminders, and re-engagement sequences that support long-term adherence and satisfaction
- Provider Portal: Develop communications that help providers get up to speed on new features, workflows, and clinical tools; reducing friction and increasing portal adoption
- Pharmacy Portal: Build operational notifications and proactive updates that keep pharmacy partners informed on order status, formulary changes, and new capabilities
- 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or product marketing — ideally at a health tech, digital health, or consumer subscription company
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io (required) — including building behavioral triggers, segments, and multi-step campaign flows
- Proven ability to design and execute campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Strong understanding of conversion funnel optimization and churn reduction strategies
- Experience writing clear, compelling copy for diverse audiences — from patients to clinical professionals
- Comfort working with data: pulling segments, interpreting campaign metrics, and making optimization decisions
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment
